Royal Korma Sauce Kit
My Royal Korma Sauce Kit is a traditional Muglai recipe from Hyderabad, and contains a deliciously creamy base sauce with coconut and cardamom, along with a separate sachet with a blend of whole spices (Cumin, whole cardamom, whole Black pepper, and bay leaves). The whole spices are given a “Tadka” (Tadka, or tempering is a key technique in Indian cooking, infusing oil with the essence and aroma of whole spices to give the dish a burst of intense flavour). The sizzling sound of the spices cooking conjures up fond memories of my own mother’s kitchen. You can enjoy cooking this classic dish in 3 ways: Curry, Stir Fry and Bake.
